14 days, no questions asked
Your first purchase of Grabsavo Pro or the Savo All bundle is refundable within 14 days, no reason needed. Write to support@grabsavo.com from the email the key was sent to. The money goes back the way you paid; banks usually take 3–10 business days.
After a refund the key stops working and the extension switches to the free version. Your data and templates stay.
Subscriptions
Cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time: reply to a receipt or write to support@grabsavo.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and there is no next charge.
If something does not work
Before asking for a refund, send us the link to the page that does not work. It is often fixed within a day — and that helps other users too.
