A template remembers everything: the list, columns, pagination, item pages, cleaning and export format. When you open a similar page on the same site, the Grabsavo icon shows that a template exists.
Share a template with a link — it carries settings only, no data. The recipient opens it and presses “Add to Grabsavo”.
A schedule runs the template every hour, day or week in a background tab while the browser is open. After each run you see what changed: new, changed and gone rows. Results can go straight into a Google Sheet.
“Alert me when…” rules — up to 10 per template: a number in a column changed by N% (a price, say), a value became zero or empty (out of stock), items appeared or disappeared, a large part of the list changed, the row count dropped, a column went empty. Rules compare a run with the previous one, so they start working from the second run. You can be notified only when a rule fires — Grabsavo still tells you about a failed run or possibly incomplete data. History keeps only numbers, not cell values.
